Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of scheduling, with at least 1 year in healthcare.
• 2-4 years in a fast-paced general office/admin setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensures staffing is arranged for all patient care.
• Coordinates and schedules patient care across clinical areas.
• Contacts patients and clinicians to schedule deliveries and visits.
• Interprets physician orders and schedules accordingly.
• Completes tasks and runs reports in required platforms.
• Coordinate scheduling with staffing availability.
• Keeps management informed of staffing needs.
