Qualifications

• Minimum experience: 1–2 years in customer service, healthcare or call center environment.
• Strong communication skills, ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
• Ability to navigate and input data in EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect personal and insurance information.
• Schedule visits and review provider schedules for accuracy.
• Route calls and communicate with patients, providers, and staff.
• Follow triage protocols and respond to patient questions via messages.
