• Verify and update patient information and insurance details; issue receipts for payments.
• Collect payments and balance daily deposits following Business Office guidelines.
• Maintain and file charts/medical records; support provider and staff with administrative tasks.
• Provide patient-oriented service and professional demeanor at all times.
