Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience and the ability to speak and write Spanish are desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and assist as needed.
• Collect patient information to complete records for payment and EMR input.
• Maintain patient files, charts and records.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and assist with basic clinical tasks.
• Record vital signs and enter data into the EMR.
• Prepare patient for examination and ensure rooms are clean and stocked.
• Complete other duties to support department operations.
