The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and at least one year in food service or customer service, with CBORD experience preferred.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills; CBORD experience preferred.
• At least one year of food service or customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Communicates with patients, families, and staff to take meal requests.
• Enters and updates meal selections in CBORD with accuracy.
• Prints tray tickets, reports, labels and reviews for allergies or special notes.
• Coordinates with supervisors and hosts to ensure timely tray distribution.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and observes department policies.
• Assists with taking patient selections on tablets in inpatient and ED.
