Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to read and communicate in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of food service or customer service experience.
• CBORD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update patient meal selections in CBORD accurately.
• Communicate with nursing and dietary staff about requests.
• Print room service tickets, labels, and reports.
• Monitor tray accuracy and presentation.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient trayline operations.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work environment.
• Perform duties of Room Service Host as assigned.
• Identify safety hazards and respond appropriately.
