Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and communicate in English and perform basic math
• 1 year of food service or customer service experience required, CBORD experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Distribute menus to new admissions and obtain meal selections in CBORD Room Service tablet system
• Deliver patient trays, snacks, and tube feeding products, and collect selections
• Communicate with nursing staff about patient diets and special requests
• Enter and update meal orders accurately in CBORD system; verify patient satisfaction
• Maintain clean, sanitary work environment and handle waste/disposal per procedures
• May perform duties of the Room Service Call Representative as needed
