Responsibilities

• Provide resolution support to Patients by coordinating with internal teams.
• Escalate and document issues, conduct quality checks, and suggest process improvements.
• Handle order processing from start to finish with appropriate teams.
• Communicate updates to members via phone, portal, or texts.
• Collaborate with Medical Documents, Verification Team, Quality, Shipping, and other departments.
• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
