Responsibilities

• Understand the account flow for a member and coordinate order progression.
• Address negative survey results with research, quality checks, and solutions.
• Provide updates to inquiries from providers via the Provider Status Update inbox.
• Respond to negative social media reviews to resolve promptly.
• Follow steps to address formal complaints per the company's process.
• Submit process improvement suggestions to leadership.
• Identify training needs and coach teammates as required.
• Generate reports for leadership on contracts with insurances.
• Review account deactivation emails to identify trends.
• Document all correspondence in the company database.
• Communicate with members by phone, Web Portal, or texts for updates.
• Collaborate with Medical Documents, Dynamic Synergy, Verification, Shipping, and more.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
