Job summary

Jobtailor in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Patient Referral Coordinator to engage with patients, referral sources, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery. • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities at one time.

• Must be detail-oriented and have a high degree of quality focus.
• High degree of customer service skills required.
• Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and collaborate with cross-functional team members across sales and operations functions.
• Previous healthcare/medical billing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
