Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Verify insurance and complete necessary paperwork.
• Schedule, reschedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Assist patients with labs, orders, and paperwork.
• Manage phone lines and voicemails in a timely manner.
• Process payments by credit card or cash.
• Maintain reception and waiting areas.
• Coordinate care with providers and back office to minimize delays.
• Navigate EMR system and input data accurately.
• Provide compassionate support to ill or distressed patients.
• Other duties as assigned.
