Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical front office program or training preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Proficient in basic office tasks and typing.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and guests to the office and check them in.
• Verify insurance and collect payments via card or cash.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; update records in EMR.
• Answer multiple phone lines and direct inquiries.
• Collaborate with team to keep the schedule on track and patients informed.
