• Greet patients and visitors warmly.
• Verify insurance and complete required paperwork.
• Process patient payments via credit card or cash and balance cash drawer daily.
• Schedule, reschedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Navigate multiple websites to verify insurances for appointments.
• Assist with check-out and prepare necessary follow-up materials.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics and paperwork.
• Communicate delays to patients and coordinate with back office.
• Support team with assigned tasks and maintain a clean reception area.
