• Knowledge of insurance verification and pre-authorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to exam rooms, ensuring a positive experience.
• Answer calls, take messages, and address patient questions efficiently.
• Assist patients with electronic registration and enter data into the EMR accurately.
• Verify insurance, run estimates, collect payments, and schedule appointments.
• Maintain front desk areas and ensure smooth operations at start of business hours.
