Rancho Health MSO, Inc in Murrieta, CA is seeking a Regular Full Time Registration Coordinator for our Urgent Care. You will greet patients, verify insurance, process payments, complete paperwork, and guide patients through the check-in and check-out process to ensure a smooth experience.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, medical front office training is a plus, and being bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Successful completion of a medical front office program or on the job training with an emphasis on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and welcome visitors at the office.
• Answer and direct multiple phone lines and check voicemails.
• Process payments by credit card or cash and balance cash drawer daily.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurances across multiple websites for appointments.
• Assist patients at checkout with paperwork, labs, orders, and follow-ups.
• Maintain neat reception and waiting area.
• Collaborate with staff and physicians to complete tasks.
• Verify demographics and paperwork prior to patient visit.
• Keep patients on schedule and communicate delays to back-office.
