Responsabilités

• Create and register initial electronic health records for patients.
• Verify demographics, guarantor and insurance information at check-in.
• Explain insurance coverage and collect co-pays when applicable.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other regulations.
• Respond to routine patient inquiries with professional assistance.
• Monitor and manage EHR work queues per department processes.
