VieMed is seeking a customer service/Referral line specialist to answer inbound calls, assist with patient data and refer referrals to the appropriate sales contact. You will work with the patient database and billing system while delivering strong service.

The role requires excellent organizational skills, multitasking, and a focus on confidentiality and compliance with patient information rules.

• Hands on experience with CRMS software and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Mansioni

• Answer inbound calls relating to our Referral line.
• Knowledge of current patient database and billing system.
• Solid understanding of the products and services offered by the company to assist callers.
• Assist with collecting data for referral sources.
• Direct referral sources to the appropriate sales contact.
