Qualificações

• 3+ years of administrative, scheduling, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and process inbound/outbound patient referrals with accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance; schedule appointments.
• Communicate with patients and providers; resolve scheduling barriers.
• Maintain EMR documentation and HIPAA-compliant handling of information.
• Follow up on referrals and ensure complete documentation.
