Viemed LLC in Lafayette, LA is seeking a customer service representative to answer inbound calls related to referrals, maintain familiarity with the patient database and billing system, and guide referral sources to the appropriate sales contact. • Answer inbound calls relating to our Referral line
• Knowledge of current patient database and billing system
• Solid understanding of the products and services offered by the company to assist callers
• Assist with collecting data for referral sources
• Direct referral sources to the appropriate sales contact

Minimum Qualifications:

• Hands on experience with CRMS softward and MS Office
• Excellent organizational skills and multi tasking
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills

• Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer service
• Skilled in time management when working independently or as part of a team while ensuring deadlines
  are met

You will be expected to work during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.
