• Maintains scheduling for location, staff and resources; registers patients with accurate demographics.
• Communicates schedules daily, updates staff, and posts revisions.
• Coordinates with internal departments and external resources; procures referrals and preauthorizations.
• Documents procedures and resources; tracks usage and maintains logs.
• Contracts with vendors for equipment delivery and ensures resources are available for procedures.
