Job summary

0-1 years related work experience required.
Experience with computer systems including web-based applications and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Registers new and established outpatients upon arrival and collects co-payments.
Data-enter information with high accuracy.
Status all appointments at check-in.
Ensure appointments are charged by end of day.
Enter future appointment requests and note patient preferences.
Schedule multiple appointments in proper sequence.
Provide patients with waiting-time updates.
Monitor waiting area cleanliness and appearance.
Collaborate with the LHMC Access Center to schedule patients.
Meet department productivity standards.
Manage scheduling work queues and recall lists by calling patients.
