Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. seeks a Specialist, Patient Registration to streamline onboarding and coordinate the transition to home/AIS. You will work with sales, pharmacy and nursing to prepare referrals and ensure a smooth patient experience in our patient registration process.

Responsibilities include coordinating discharge, collecting upfront payments, assisting patients with financial options, and supporting claims processes while maintaining accuracy and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years' related experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery with referrals.
• Create, communicate and obtain all documentation for new referrals.
• Help patients with upfront payment and point to financial assistance when needed.
• Support billing and denial management by following up on missing paperwork.
• Assist supervisor and manager with special assignments.
