Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Specialist, Patient Registration to coordinate the transition of new patients to our home infusion services. You will partner with Sales to prepare patients for onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to home/AIS care.

The role requires strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. The position supports a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow within a nationally recognized infusion provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery with patient, referral source, sales, and operations.
• Gather, communicate, and obtain all required documentation for new referrals.
• Assist patients with upfront payment and direct to financial assistance when needed.
• Support follow-up on paperwork to ensure clean claims and deny management.
• Assist Supervisor/Manager with special assignments as needed.
