Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Patient Registration to facilitate new patient onboarding and coordinate transitions to home/AIS. You will work with Sales to prepare patients for services and ensure a smooth transition of care, timelines, and required documentation.

The role emphasizes multitasking, customer service, and collaboration across sales, operations, and nursing, including facilitating upfront payments and payment assistance when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience required.
• Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple referrals/priorities.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong quality focus.
• High degree of customer service skills required.
• Troubleshoot and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Engages with patient, referral source, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery.
• Creates, communicates and obtains all required documentation for new referrals.
• Seeks upfront payment assistance and directs patients to financial programs as needed.
• Supports follow-up to ensure clean claims on hold and denial management.
• Assists Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments.
