Option Care Health Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Patient Registration to facilitate the transition of new patients to our home infusion services and coordinate with sales, nursing and pharmacy to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

The role includes coordinating discharge, obtaining required documentation, and assisting patients with upfront payments while guiding them to financial assistance when needed. Strong multitasking and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate discharge with patient, referral source, sales, and nursing.
• Prepare and obtain required documentation for new referrals.
• Assist patients with upfront payment and direct to financial assistance when needed.
• Support follow-up on paperwork to enable clean claims.
• Assist Supervisor and Manager with special assignments.
