Job summary

Option Care Health in San Francisco is seeking a Specialist, Patient Registration to facilitate new patients' transition to our services and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. You will work with Sales to prepare referrals and coordinate home/AIS setup.

This on-site role requires strong multitasking, attention to detail and excellent customer service. Healthcare billing experience is a plus, and the schedule is Mon-Fri 9a-5:30p PT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience required.
• Healthcare/medical billing experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate discharge, secure nursing and delivery for new referrals.
• Prepare and obtain all required documentation for new referrals.
• Assist in patient upfront payment processes and guide to financial assistance when needed.
• Support supervisor and manager with special assignments as needed.
