Healogics is hiring a Patient Navigator to support the front office of an outpatient wound care center in Louisville, KY. You will greet patients, schedule visits, verify insurance, and enter data to keep care flowing smoothly.

The role requires strong customer service, confidentiality, and computer skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting and to work effectively with a hospital team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Organizational and time-management abilities are important to manage multiple tasks.
• Typing speed of 60 wpm and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced medical office.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors; route calls to appropriate staff.
• Schedule, reschedule, and send appointment reminders.
• Assist with collecting insurance information and data entry.
• Coordinate testing with other hospital departments.
• Prepare and file patient charts; ensure data accuracy and signatures.
