Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Patient Navigator to support outpatient wound care centers. You will greet patients, manage scheduling, verify insurance, and enter charges while maintaining documentation and coordinating testing and transport as needed.

Minimum two years of medical office experience is preferred; strong MS Office skills, typing speed, and confidentiality are essential in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of office administration experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Medical coding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Center leadership to maximize daily patient census.
• Greet patients and visitors; answer and route calls to staff.
• Schedule, reschedule, and send appointment reminders; manage patient communications.
• Collect and enter patient charges; verify and reconcile charges in databases.
• Assemble new charts, file existing charts, and verify data completeness.
• Coordinate ancillary testing and arrange patient transport as needed.
• Maintain office equipment and supplies; support fast-paced team environment.
