OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC located in New Jersey seeks full-time Consultant Coordinators to educate and guide patients into Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment. Open positions across the state, including Forked River.

You will manage the patient journey from the free consultation to the first treatment session, explain treatment options, and review insurance benefits to estimate out-of-pocket costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health.
• Sales experience.
• Experience with CRM software and computers.
• Experience with insurance policies.
• Strong communication, self-motivation, empathy, and excellent organization.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients during free consultations (in-person/Zoom/phone).
• Explain insurance benefits and estimate out-of-pocket costs.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with prospective patients.
• Complete documentation and upload records in the system.
• Coordinate with clinicians to place patients into treatment.
• Collaborate with state-wide coordinators to streamline admissions.
