Job summary
OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC is seeking full-time Consultant Coordinators to educate and assist patients into Spravato and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) treatment. The role focuses on guiding the patient journey from free consultation to first treatment session, including insurance review and financial planning.
The position requires experience in behavioral health, sales, CRM usage, and a customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Experience in behavioral health and sales.
- Experience working with computers, software, and CRMs.
- Experience with insurance policies.
- Strong communication, self-motivation, empathy, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Educate patients about treatments and eligibility during consultations.
- Explain insurance benefits and calculate out-of-pocket costs.
- Maintain clear communication from consultation to treatment start.
- Complete required documentation and update records in the system.
- Troubleshoot barriers to starting treatment and coordinate insurances authorizations.
- Collaborate with clinicians to place patients into treatment at centers across the state.
- Work with a team of coordinators statewide to optimize patient placement.
