Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year medical/clerical experience involving customer service.
• Proficiency in computers, typing, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all aspects of patient care, including referrals, procedures, and surgeries.
• Handle patient financial account services: benefit assessment, insurance verification, pre-certification, pre-authorization, and referrals.
• Ensure patient information and documentation are uploaded to EPIC in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
