Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of medical/clerical experience involving customer service is required.
• Proficiency in computers, typing and Microsoft Office; knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of scheduling/pre-authorization/referral processes and coordination of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient care activities including referrals, procedures and surgeries.
