Job summary

IMS Care Center in Phoenix is seeking a Front Office Representative for our Primary Care Clinic. The role centers on answering calls, scheduling patients, and checking in/out, with potential support for insurance authorization/verification; heavy on phone support and customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, familiarity with Athena is a plus, and strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
