Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year front office, scheduling, or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, check-in, and check-out patients accurately and efficiently.
• Manage high-volume calls and patient inquiries.
• Verify insurance and collect copays during visits.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support daily operations.
