United Urology Group in Maryland is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to deliver excellent patient service, manage check-in, scheduling, and basic billing tasks in a busy urology office.

Responsibilities include collecting co-pays, verifying information, entering demographics and clinical data, and coordinating referrals and testing while traveling to other sites within a reasonable region. A High School diploma and 2 years of front desk medical office experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of front office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• 1 - 2 years of customer service.

Responsabilités

• Create a positive and professional first impression of the practice.
• Schedule appointments and assist with scheduling testing as directed.
• Ensure all required patient paperwork is compiled for that day’s appointments.
