• Minimum five years front office and clinical experience, preferably in Urology.
• Proficient knowledge of Medical Terminology; ICD-10 and CPT-4 Codes.
• Demonstrated caring, compassionate patient attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to other sites within a geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and organized.
• Record patient medical history and vital signs accurately.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing questions.
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals and testing directed by the physician.
• Enter patient data into Practice Management and EMR systems.
