U.S. Urology Partners is seeking a Patient Access Representative to greet patients and visitors, manage check-in/out, and answer calls about appointments while ensuring chart accuracy for physician reviews.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, professional conduct, HIPAA confidentiality, and at least one year in a medical setting; EMR experience preferred; travel to other clinics as needed.

• High School Diploma is required.
• Interact professionally and positively with patients, colleagues, managers and the executive team.
• One year of experience in a medical practice or health insurance organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior use of EMR systems preferred.
