ClearSky Health is seeking a Receptionist to greet visitors and provide clerical support in a hospital setting. You will answer phones, direct inquiries, and perform data entry while upholding patient confidentiality and safety standards.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, good organizational abilities, and the ability to work with staff across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma; healthcare receptionist experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to manage clerical tasks.
• Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors professionally and register them as needed.
• Direct patients/visitors to appropriate contacts and answer questions.
• Answer and route calls via phone or paging system.
• Perform general clerical and data entry duties.
• Maintain a clean reception area and provide a calm environment.
• Coordinate with staff during emergencies and drills.
• Ensure safety and infection prevention standards are followed.
• Maintain attendance and complete required trainings.
• Support organization with additional duties as assigned.
