Fast Pace Health seeks a Patient Care Specialist to provide exceptional front desk support, patient registration, and insurance processing in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will join a team focused on friendly, efficient patient experiences and accurate data entry.

The role emphasizes compliance, cross-training on back-office tasks, and maintaining clean, welcoming clinic spaces. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with CPR certification beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent required; CPR certification desired.
• Three levels describe completion of duties and compliance expectations.

Responsabilités

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with high customer service.
• Collect and input patient demographics and financial information at registration.
• Verify and update patient insurance information.
• Explain and collect co-pays, deductibles, or Self-Pay amounts.
• Maintain knowledge of Medical Insurance Plans and changes.
• Coordinate medical records and back-office support as needed.
• Support new employee training and onboarding activities.
• Keep reception area clean and organized and ensure clinic flow.
