Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and guide them through check-in, including virtual tablets.
• Maintain front desk operations with opening/closing tasks and lobby cleanliness.
• Communicate patient arrivals and needs to the team; escalate issues to office manager or billing as needed.
• Assist with walk-ins and schedule changes; support smooth patient flow.
• Handle paper filing and keep the lobby organized; assist patients unable to use digital systems.
• May travel to different locations as needed.
