Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Preferred prior experience in a medical office.
• Patient-centered approach and strong service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and set a welcoming tone.
• Assist with check-in processes and virtual tablets.
• Inform patients about walk-ins, schedule changes, and needs.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to appropriate teams.
• Open/close front desk tasks, print demographics, file paperwork, and maintain lobby.
• Assist patients unable to use virtual systems.
• Communicate updates with team and support office operations.
