Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last person patients encounter, providing exceptional front-desk service.
• Register patients, manage wait times, and keep the reception area welcoming.
• Handle forms and payments with accuracy and friendliness.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records for a seamless visit.
• Support providers by coordinating check-ins and patient flow.
