Responsibilities

• Schedule all diagnostic services with a high degree of accuracy and customer service.
• Answer calls from patients/offices/departments and provide scheduling information.
• Cancel and reschedule testing as requested.
• Enter all incoming orders into EPIC.
• Upload faxes/orders into patient charts.
• Process scheduled orders and check WQ daily.
• Maintain relationships with provider offices and hospital departments to ensure correct services and diagnoses.
• Retrieve voicemails and return calls as needed.
