Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service and 2 years in a clinical/medical office preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; HIPAA knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Pre-register and register patients for services and procedures.
• Collect demographic and insurance information; verify data in the registration system.
• Determine financial responsibility by coordinating insurance verification and payment expectations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Greet patients and direct/escort to appropriate locations and staff as needed.
