TouchPoint is seeking a Patient Flow Manager to lead a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and on-site Patient Transporters within a hospital setting. You will apply patient transport concepts, infection control, and body mechanics to optimize operations.

This role collaborates with other departments, ensures regulatory compliance, and contributes to budget management while developing staff through training and supervision.

Qualifications

• Hospital environment management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and guest relations experience.
• Analytical ability to interpret statistics and trends.
• Basic computer skills and troubleshoot software systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and on-site Patient Transporters.
• Understand patient transport concepts, infection control, and body mechanics.
• Coordinate activities with other departments and develop service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (JCAHO, OSHA, CDC).
• Train and develop staff; manage department budget and expenses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
