Qualifikationen

• Management experience in hospital environment and/or patient transportation.
• Analytical ability to interpret statistical data and identify trends affecting operations.
• Basic computer skills with Windows OS; ability to troubleshoot system issues.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters in a hospital setting.
• Develop dispatcher logic and supervise dispatcher activities; monitor transportation services.
• Coordinate patient transportation with other departments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Orient, train, and develop staff across roles including dispatchers, drivers, and couriers.
• Assist unit director in achieving financial objectives and managing department budget.
