Byrd & Wyandotte Eye Clinic in Wyandotte, MI is seeking a Patient Coordinator to greet patients, manage front-desk operations and support smooth check-in/out. The role requires strong customer service skills, basic computer ability, and a willingness to learn.

The position is full-time, on-site with matching benefits, PTO, and potential travel to other offices as needed. Mileage reimbursement is included for off-site visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Proficient with common office software and basic data entry.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter, in person or by phone.
• Answer phones and assure prompt, courteous service at all times.
• Manage patient flow and coordinate check-in/out processes.
• Verify insurance information and collect payments as appropriate.
