Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter, in person or by phone.
• Answer phones and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Balance urgency with scheduling needs for patients and doctors.
• Manage patient flow and front desk operations.
• Know typical visit fees and collect correct payments.
• Complete daily reconciliations and cash drawer counts.
• Perform general office duties as assigned.
