Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year related experience.
• Ability to operate standard office software.
• Strong communication with patients and staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter (in person or via phone).
• Answer phones and inquiries promptly.
• Manage patient flow and assist with daily reconciliations / close day / cash drawer.
