Flex & Heal Physical Therapy LLC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our Stoughton, MA clinic. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and coordinate communication between patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a medical/physical therapy front desk setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and medical billing basics is a plus.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and general computer skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Positive, patient-first attitude and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using practice management software.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages appropriately.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage intake paperwork.
• Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff.
• Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming.
